Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.<br><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">The GTC apply to both healthcare professionals and individuals (consumers as defined by Luxembourg and European law). Certain provisions, notably the right of withdrawal, apply exclusively to consumers and are expressly identified as such.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\"><b>Article 3 &#8211; Course Description<br><\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">The course is offered exclusively via e-learning (distance learning, entirely online). It includes:<\/span><p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">100 video-based instructional modules accessible on the Company\u2019s online platform;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">&nbsp;50 video-based clinical case studies accessible on the Company\u2019s online platform;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">&nbsp;Validated diagnostic guidance tools (QUIDAM, QUADO, and QUEEN questionnaires);<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">&nbsp;Midterm assessments and end-of-course quizzes;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">&nbsp;A certification issued by the International Institute of Physionutrition and Phytotherapy.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">The training program is structured into five parts: (I) Cell Biology and Metabolic Biochemistry, (II) Nutrition, (III) Phytotherapy, (IV) Physionutrition\u00ae, (V) Practical Consultation, followed by in-depth learning through clinical sessions. The detailed program is available at www.ii-2p.org.<br><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">The Company reserves the right to modify the educational content to improve or update it, without substantially reducing the scope of the training.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\"><b>Article 4 &#8211; Prices and Payment Terms<br><\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">4.1 Pricing<br><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">The prices applicable to the Training Program are determined based on the geographic region to which the Purchaser belongs at the time of registration. This region is defined by II2P based on the information provided by the Purchaser at the time of order.<br><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">The applicable price is the one displayed on the registration page corresponding to the Buyer\u2019s geographic region and in effect on the date the order is confirmed.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\"><br><\/span><b><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Promotional Offer<\/span><\/b><br><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Any promotional offers (including \u201cEarly Bird\u201d offers) are announced on the II2P website and\/or through any official communication channel (email, brochure, registration page, etc.).<\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Each offer specifies its validity period, terms and conditions, and the promotional rate offered for each applicable geographic region.<\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Any promotional offer is strictly limited to the period indicated on the II2P website and\/or in any official communication channel. It is subject to the terms specified in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.<\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Certain training courses may be offered subject to the availability of seats. In such cases, this limitation is indicated on the website and\/or in any official II2P communication channel.<\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Once the maximum number of participants has been reached, registration is closed, even if a promotional offer is in effect, including when the promotional offer\u2019s validity period is still ongoing.<\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">At the end of the promotional period, the <b>standard rate<\/b> applicable to the geographic region to which the Purchaser belongs automatically applies, without prior notice.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><br><b><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Terms and Conditions for Accessing the Promotional Offer<\/span><\/b><br><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Eligibility for the promotional rate is subject to:<\/span><p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">&nbsp;confirmation of the order before the end of the promotional period;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">&nbsp;full payment of the order or, in the case of installment payments, confirmation of the first payment before the offer expires;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">&nbsp;compliance with any specific conditions listed on the course description page.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Promotional offers, including the \u201cEarly Bird\u201d offer, are neither retroactive nor combinable with any other discount code, promotional code, discount, or commercial benefit, unless expressly stated otherwise by II2P.<\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Eligibility for the promotional offer does not affect the legal right of withdrawal provided for in Article 6 of these Terms and Conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/h5>\n<h5><br><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\"><b>4.2 One-Time Payment<\/b><\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Access to the Training Course is granted upon confirmation of payment (subject to the right of withdrawal; see Article 6).<\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">The rate applied is final. It does not entitle the Buyer to any additional discounts and cannot be combined with any other discount, reduction, promotional offer, or pricing benefit, unless expressly stated otherwise by the Company.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><br><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\"><b>4.3 Payment in 10 Installments<\/b><\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">The Buyer authorizes the setup of a monthly direct debit equal to the monthly payment amount applicable to their geographic region and the rate in effect on the date of the order, to be charged to the credit card or bank account provided at the time of the order, for 10 consecutive months.<\/span><p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">&nbsp;The first direct debit will be processed on the order date.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">&nbsp;Subsequent direct debits will be processed on the same calendar date each month.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">&nbsp;If a direct debit fails, the Company may suspend access to the Training and require immediate payment of the remaining monthly installments.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>&nbsp;The Purchaser agrees to maintain valid payment methods throughout the entire payment schedule.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Payment in installments does not confer the right to early termination. All monthly installments are due in full, unless the right of withdrawal is exercised under the conditions set forth in Article 6.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/h5>\n<h5>\n<\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\"><b>Article 5 &#8211; Access to the Training Program<\/b><\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt;\">After payment is confirmed (or the first direct debit is processed), the Purchaser will receive their login credentials via email within 48 business hours.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:&quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif\">Access is strictly personal and non-transferable. Login credentials are confidential. Any use by a third party may result in the immediate termination of access<br>without a refund.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:&quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif\">Duration of Access: The Purchaser has access to the platform for a period of 24 months from the date their access is activated. After this period, access may be terminated.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><br><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\"><b>Article 6 &#8211; Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)<\/b><\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">In accordance with the Luxembourg law of April 2, 2014, on consumer rights (transposing Directive 2011\/83\/EU), any Buyer who qualifies as a consumer has a right of withdrawal for 14 calendar days from the date the contract is concluded, without having to provide a reason.<\/span><\/h5>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\"><br><\/span><\/div>\n<h5><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\"><b>6.1 Exercising the Right of Withdrawal<\/b><\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">II2P-21, rue Glesener, L-1631 Luxembourg-info@ii-2p.org<\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">The Buyer may use the standard withdrawal form included in the appendix to these Terms and Conditions.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><br><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\"><b>6.2 Waiver of the Right of Withdrawal\u2014Digital Content<\/b><\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">When placing an order, the Buyer will be asked to explicitly check the following box:<\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u201cI request immediate access to the training course and acknowledge that I forfeit my right of withdrawal as soon as the digital content becomes available. \u201d<\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">If the Buyer does not request immediate access, access to the Training Course will be deferred until after the withdrawal period has expired.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><br><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\"><b>6.3 Refund<\/b><\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">The right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers acting within the scope of their professional activities.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><br><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\"><b>Article 7 &#8211; Intellectual Property<\/b><\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">The Purchaser is granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right of use, limited to private use within the scope of the Training Program.<\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or public communication of the content is strictly prohibited without the Company\u2019s prior written authorization.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><br><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\"><b>Article 8 &#8211; Liability<\/b><\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">The Company undertakes to exercise the utmost care regarding the quality of the content but does not guarantee the completeness of the information, given the evolving nature of scientific knowledge.<\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">The Company shall not be held liable in the event of a temporary interruption of the platform due to maintenance or force majeure.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><br><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\"><b>Article 9 &#8211; Personal Data<\/b><\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">The data collected is used exclusively for order management, access to the platform, and the business relationship.<\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">The Buyer has the right to access, rectify, erase, and transfer their data by contacting the Company at info@ii-2p.org.
