The International Institute of Physionutrition and Phytotherapy

The II2P, a training company based in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, was created on the initiative of general practitioners, nutritionists and university professors to train health professionals in Physionutrition and Phytotherapy.

Since then, our work has been focused on 3 essential objectives:

    • Training health professionals on the Physioniutrion & Phytotherapy basics and fundamentals through a training cycle of 64 modules
    • developing scientifically validated diagnostic orientation questionnaires to help health professionals in the management of their patients

A. Ongoing training for health care professionals

This is the priority objective  of the II2P,  and we have therefore decided, out of didactic concern, to set up training adapted to the daily demands of health professionals while favouring the exchange and sharing of experiences. Of course, we give priority to the quality of the speakers, which is the basis for any quality teaching. Several forms of training coexist:

Training courses in Physionutrition and Phytotherapy:

The II2P offers a training cycle in Physionutrition and Phytotherapy of 68 modules turned towards practice and based on the knowledge of Nutrition, the 8 fundamental equilibriums of Micronutrition (microbiota, permeability, detox, oxido-inflammatory, fatty acids, acid-base, neuromediators, mitochondrial) as well as on the learning of diagnostic orientation questionnaires : IMIQ : Individual Macronutrient Intake Questionnaire, allows you to evaluate the eating habits of your patients and to correct any nutritional errors. QUASOP : QUestionnaire forAnalysis, Screening and Orientation in Physionutrition, studies personal history, lifestyle, current treatments and numerous functional signs in order to identify micronutritional imbalances and to set up a balanced treatment.  The ENAQ : ENdocrinology Assessment Questionnaire, allows you to quickly evaluate the various endocrine dysfunctions of your patients. NDA : “Neurotransmitter Deficiency Assessment” is a questionnaire for assessing neurotransmitter deficiency. The NDA allows you to determine a possible imbalance in serotonin and/or dopamine and to set up an adapted therapeutic protocol.

Precise protocols that can be applied immediately will be presented. The exchanges around the plants   will allow to understand how to integrate these protocols   into prescription habits.

Specialised thematic training in individualised patient care:

The aim of these courses is to give the necessary knowledge in the different themes proposed to help health professionals to accompany their patients during and after the different therapies proposed. For example:

-Integrative oncology patient care: we will address all the useful care approaches for people affected by cancer (patients and their families). We will propose a global approach to accompany conventional cares and treatment with the aim of optimising therapeutic results in complete safety, improving treatments tolerance and acting to better reduce the risks of side-effects and recurrence.

             Extramural seminars :

Each year we organise (in collaboration with our historical partner THERASCIENCE Laboratory) about ten seminars which last between 3 and 10 days during which, each day, we tackle practical subjects through clinical cases leading to presentations of preventive or therapeutic management of the various most common pathologies.

B. Developing validated diagnostic orientation questionnaires for health professionals

The diagnostic orientation questionnaires IMIQ, QUASOP, ENAQ and NDA created by the different scientific committees allow for a global and optimal management of the patient. These questionnaires focus on the functional aspects at all levels, instead of concentrating on a single treatment for a single diagnosis. They use  the patient’s history as a primary tool to integrate diagnosis, signs and symptoms, and thus  highlight clinical imbalances in a comprehensive approach.

There is a specific questionnaire for each of the 3 pillars of Physionutrion: Nutrition, Micronutrition and Endocrinology which regroup together 10 equilibriums:

The IMIQ

The Individual Macronutrient Intake Questionnaire is a quick and simple tool that allows you to assess the nature and frequency of consumption of different types of food: fruits, vegetables, wholefoods, fatty meats and fish, dairy products, and the types of oil and water/ drinks consumed by your patients.

The QUASOP

The QUestionnaire forAnalysis, Screening and Orientation in Physionutrition, studies the personal history, lifestyle, current treatments and the numerous functional signs (irritative, cutaneous, digestive, neuro-sensory, immune…) of the patients.

The ENAQ

The ENdocrinology Assessment Questionnaire, examines the symptoms and medical history of patients around 11 hormones.

The NDA

The Neurotransmitter Deficiency Assessment for assessing neuromediator deficiency. The NDA allows you to determine a possible imbalance in serotonin and/or dopamine and to set up an adapted therapeutic protocol.

A professional space

Our professional space allows you to quickly access the questionnaires. Our educational and ergonomic platform allows you to monitor each patient over time. As each questionnaire can be completed several times, it is possible to compare the results and analyse their evolution in order to adapt the initial treatment if necessary.

To create your professional space send an email to info@ii-2p.org.
