• Account and training data: for the duration of the contractual relationship and for three years following the end of the contract;

Personal data are processed exclusively by II2P employees and service providers who are authorised to access them as part of their duties, including the hosting provider, payment service provider and training platform provider. Personal data are never sold to third parties. Health data obtained through questionnaires are transmitted exclusively to the prescribing healthcare professional.
5.6 Transfers outside the European Union
Personal data are hosted within the European Union by OVH in France. Where personal data are transferred outside the European Union, II2P ensures that appropriate safeguards are implemented, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
