5.1 Data controller

These data are used exclusively for the following purposes: managing registrations and access to the training platform, using assessment questionnaires for educational purposes, communicating information relating to training programmes, and improving the website and services.

  • Performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR): for managing registrations and providing access to training programmes;
  • Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR): for sending commercial communications and using non-essential cookies;
  • Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): for improving the website and ensuring information-system security.

5.4 Data retention periods

• Account and training data: for the duration of the contractual relationship and for three years following the end of the contract;

• Marketing and commercial prospecting data: for three years following the most recent contact;

5.5 Recipients of personal data

Personal data are processed exclusively by II2P employees and service providers who are authorised to access them as part of their duties, including the hosting provider, payment service provider and training platform provider. Personal data are never sold to third parties. Health data obtained through questionnaires are transmitted exclusively to the prescribing healthcare professional.

5.6 Transfers outside the European Union

Personal data are hosted within the European Union by OVH in France. Where personal data are transferred outside the European Union, II2P ensures that appropriate safeguards are implemented, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

5.7 Your rights

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Luxembourg Law of 1 August 2018, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
