Computerised questionnaires for a global management of your patients

During your Physionutrition consultation, your healthcare professional may ask you to fill out online questionnaires.

The texts below explain the objectives of the questionnaires.

Please note that in order to fill out the questionnaires, it is essential that a health professional trained in Physionutrition gives you your login and password.

The IMIQ : Individual Macronutrient Intake Questionnaire

The IMIQ is a quick and simple tool that allows you to assess the nature and frequency of consumption of different types of food: fruits, vegetables, whole foods, fatty meats and fish, dairy products, types of oils and waters consumed by your patients. The 8 IMIQ questions allow you to quickly obtain an assessment of your patients’ eating habits. The interpretation radar identifies possible dietary errors and your interpretation allows you to make the necessary changes.

The QUASOP : Questionnaire for Analysis, Screening and Orientation in Physionutrition (Head of education Dr Serge Server)

The 106 questions of the QUASOP study the personal history, lifestyle, current treatments and the numerous functional signs (irritative, cutaneous, digestive, neuro-sensory, immune…) of your patients. The QUASOP interpretation grid provides a global assessment of micronutritional imbalances on all 8 equilibriums:

1) Microbiota
2) Intestinal permeability
3) Detox
4) Oxido-inflammatory
5) Essential fatty acids
6) Acid-base
7) Neuromediators
8) Mitochondria

The analysis of the QUASOP allows us to set up a treatment adapted to the needs of each individual by equilibrium.

The ENAQ : ENdocrinology Assessment Questionnaire (Heads of education : Dr Jacques BASSIER and Dr Benoit EVERARD)

The ENAQ examines the symptoms and medical history of your patients around 11 hormones: thyroid, insulin, melatonin, growth hormone, DHEA, cortisol, aldosterone, pregnenolone, testosterone, oestrogen and progesterone.

The questionnaire allows you to evaluate the various endocrine dysfunctions, the interpretation radar will allow you to take early action on hormonal imbalances even before biological disturbances appear.

The NDA : Neurotransmitter Deficiency Assessment

Numerous scientific studies have shown that a deficit in neuromediators such as serotonin or dopamine can be the cause of failure during a diet because it leads to a loss of self-confidence, a drop in motivation, a tendency to food compulsions, a negative depressive state, a logic of non-success… In order to prevent failure, the NDA allows you to determine a possible imbalance in serotonin and/or dopamine and to set up an adapted therapeutic protocol.
